Cavernous angioma of the cauda equina: report of two cases and review of the literature

Abstract

Two cases of intradural cavernous angioma of the cauda equina are reported, one of which presented with symptoms of subarachnoid hemorrhage. The clinical and therapeutic aspects of intradural angiomas, in particular those of the cauda equina, are discussed.
