Abstract

A case of bilateral testicular metastases from carcinoma of the stomach is reported. A 39-year-old man was admitted to our hospital under the diagnosis of carcinoma of the stomach. During the hospitalization, the bilateral scrotal contents had become swollen and painful, but we could not resect this lesion because of his critical condition. Then he died of carcinoma of the stomach. The autopsy revealed that he had bilateral testicular metastases from carcinoma of the stomach. Including our case, 10 cases of testicular metastases from carcinoma of the stomach are reported in the Japanese literature. We mainly discuss the route of metastasis.
