[Extensive, bleeding skin cancer on the back in a postoperative scar]

Abstract

A case is described of extensive, bleeding plano-epithelial carcinoma of back skin in burn scar in a 62-year-old man. The lesion was extensively excised with partial resection of Th 12-L3 spinous processes with covering of the loss with a graft. During 15-month follow up no manifestations of disease recurrence were seen.
