Abstract

Total parenteral nutrition, in small-for-date and premature infants, takes and adequate nutritional therapy, by a special infusion system, as the use of a catheter into the vena cava for some days. Our research shows a better organic and ponderal growth in newborn by the use of polyglucidic solutions. Some most significant cases are presented.
