Abstract

本文报道1例鼻咽癌放疗后鼻颅底坏死侵犯双侧鼻咽旁区域的患者，鼻咽癌综合治疗后6个月时出现严重的双侧鼻咽旁颅底坏死，并侵犯双侧颈内动脉。术中鼻内镜下清创后，经颌下-咬肌前-颞下窝隧道成功使用游离前臂皮瓣修复双侧鼻咽旁颅底缺损。术后4个月复查，患者颅底皮瓣生长良好，生活质量明显提高。.
