Abstract

Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease for which there is no cure. However, the systemic treatment of psoriasis has undergone a revolution over the last few decades and now offers many different options. With more effective treatments available, the endpoints for successful treatment have also changed. The choice of systemic treatment depends on various factors as summarised in this review.
