Abstract

Here we demonstrate the efficient CO₂ reduction to CO catalysed by lanthanide-based complexes under light irradiation, by which the highest CO evolution rate can reach 78 ± 8 μmol g^-1 h^-1 in 4 h. This work provides an economic and environmentally friendly route for CO₂ conversion.
