Abstract

坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)是新生儿期最常见的胃肠道急症,具有较高的发病率和病死率。单细胞测序技术是一项新兴的高通量测序技术,能够在单个细胞水平上对基因组、转录组、表观遗传组、蛋白组甚至多组学联合进行测序,以揭示细胞的异质性和功能差异。随着单细胞测序技术的广泛应用,其将改变人们对NEC肠道细胞生物学特征的理解,从而更准确地从分子层面阐述NEC发生和发展的机制,提高NEC的诊治水平,本文综述单细胞测序技术在探讨NEC发病机制以及诊治方面的应用进展。.
