Abstract

肛周Paget病分原发性和继发性，因其部位隐匿、症状缺乏特异性常被漏诊，多点深层穿刺联合免疫组化检查有助于肛周Paget病的诊断与鉴别诊断，根治性手术是主要治疗手段。本中心借鉴直肠癌的新辅助治疗模式，诊疗1例肛管腺癌合并侵及外阴的肛周Paget病，取得较好疗效。.
