We report a 60-year-old woman with a history of postoperative irradiation therapy for breast cancer nine years previously who developed a basal cell epithelioma (BCE) six years later on the radiated skin of the chest wall and underwent surgery for it. Histologically, the BCE was a superficial lesion with a tendency to invasion. The irradiated skin was atrophic. Secondary skin cancer after irradiation for malignancy is rare in contrast to benign conditions.
