Atrioventricular junctional escape rhythm suppressed by verapamil: evidence suggesting abnormal automaticity

Int J Cardiol. 1986 Jun;11(3):359-61. doi: 10.1016/0167-5273(86)90042-2.

A clinical case of atrioventricular junctional escape rhythm is reported with unusual responses to overdrive pacing, lidocaine, and verapamil which were suggestive of abnormal automaticity.
