Abstract

丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号转导通路广泛参与了细胞的增殖、发育、应激和凋亡的调控。近年来研究发现MAPK通路与钙化性主动脉瓣疾病(CAVD)密切相关,有望成为CAVD向治疗的潜在靶点。该文就近年来MAPK调控CAVD发生、发展的分子机制进行综述,以期为CAVD的靶向干预提供参考。.
