Abstract

血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤（IVLBCL）是一种罕见的结外大B细胞淋巴瘤的亚型，其组织学特征是肿瘤细胞在血管腔内生长，尤其是毛细血管腔更易受累及，大动脉和静脉较少见。该肿瘤预后不良，具有高度侵袭性，可累及结外任何器官，但淋巴结少见累及。本文报道1例79岁男性患者，同时出现前列腺腺癌合并IVLBCL。发生于前列腺的淋巴瘤比较少见，所以前列腺发生IVLBCL的病例更为罕见，该病主要与淋巴管内反应性免疫母细胞增生等相鉴别。.
