Abstract

本文首次报道了中山大学附属第三医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的1例儿童上颌窦表皮样囊肿。患儿男性，10岁，以“左脸颊肿胀3个月”入院，入院诊断为左侧上颌窦肿物。行鼻内镜下左侧前组筛窦开放术+上颌窦开放术，病理诊断为左侧上颌窦表皮样囊肿。术后密切随访18个月未见复发。.
