Abstract

2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV）传染性强，人群普遍易感，尚无特异性治疗。耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医务人员的诊疗工作存在高风险暴露，并且部分感染患者早期无发热，部分症状与耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病类似，需要早期鉴别。本文结合一例首诊耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的2019-nCoV感染病例，针对2019-nCoV的特点以及在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病的预检、早期鉴别、医务防护措施等进行讨论，以期为新型冠状病毒感染的防控提供建议。.
