Abstract

变应性鼻炎是鼻黏膜暴露于变应原后由特异性免疫球蛋白E（IgE）介导的炎症反应，诊断主要依赖于病史、体格检查、皮肤点刺试验和血清变应原特异性IgE的检测等方法。其中，通过诊断技术确定与临床相关的变应原对诊治变应性鼻炎至关重要，传统变应原检测方法有其不足之处，一些新的检测方法也在研究和逐渐应用中。本文主要按照体内试验和体外试验分类，将目前几种变应性鼻炎检测技术新进展进行综述。.
