Abstract

本文回顾性分析了1例喉癌合并糖尿病患者术后放疗后出现广泛感染的诊疗过程并进行了文献复习，该患者术后放疗后出现颈部软组织、咽旁间隙感染，后感染扩散至胸壁软组织、纵隔、胸腔及肺部，联合耳鼻咽喉头颈外科、胸外科先后行颈部间隙切开引流、胸壁切开引流、胸腔穿刺引流、胸腔镜下纵隔引流等措施，协同重症医学科、感染科、临床药学科、内分泌科、营养科等多学科密切配合，经过77 d的积极治疗，救治成功。.
