Garcin syndrome with hypopituitarythm. MR imaging

Abstract

We report a Garcin syndrome due to nasopharyngeal carcinoma invading the skull base. MR Imaging of this patient shows the position of the tumour and reveals how the tumor invaded the skull and the effect of treatment.
