[Efficacy and safety study on the hepatocellular carcinoma patients with Child-Pugh B score using stereotactic body radiation therapy]

Abstract

探讨Child-Pugh B级肝细胞癌（HCC）患者接受立体定向放疗（SBRT）的疗效和安全性。对36例Child-Pugh B级HCC患者行SBRT。观察总生存期（OS）、无进展生存期（PFS）、局部控制率（LC）及生存率。监测放射性肝病（RILD）发生率。HCC患者OS为19.5个月，中位PFS为15.0个月，LC为87.5%，治疗后6、12、18、24个月的生存率为100%，81%，47%和19%。RILD发生率22.2%。SBRT治疗Child-Pugh B级的HCC患者安全有效。.
