Abstract
: Cancer is associated with a prothrombotic or hypercoagulable state. Intracoronary thrombosis is a rare and potentially life-threatening complication in cancer patients. We describe a rare case of large nonocclusive intracoronary thrombosis successfully treated by means of medical therapy.
