Abstract

In Canada, hospitals focused on accounting and administration tend to neglect the notion of service. In order to improve the quality of service provided to the clientele and staff a change of philosophy is required. The customer-centric approach, developed by American companies such as Disney, could benefit the nurse-patient relationship and relations between staff.
