Abstract

We performed preoperative intraarterial infusion chemotherapy of CDDP in combination with angiotensin II pressor for cervical cancer, and the balloon occluded infusion (BOAI) method was used. Pt concentration and histological change in surgical specimens were investigated, and the efficacy of BOAI method was estimated.
