A supersandwich multienzyme-DNA label based electrochemical immunosensor

Chem Commun (Camb). 2012 Jan 18;48(5):720-2. doi: 10.1039/c1cc15383h. Epub 2011 Nov 25.

Abstract

An immunosensor based on the supersandwich multienzyme-DNA label realizing the electron transfer between the enzyme's redox site and the electrode is proposed for the ultrasensitive detection of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) with a low detection limit of 0.05 pg mL(-1).
