Abstract
An immunosensor based on the supersandwich multienzyme-DNA label realizing the electron transfer between the enzyme's redox site and the electrode is proposed for the ultrasensitive detection of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) with a low detection limit of 0.05 pg mL(-1).
