Abstract

Spinal harmatoma is an extremely rare tumor, and only 16 cases have been reported previously. We report on a 73-year-old woman with low back pain because of spinal hamartoma. To our knowledge, the current report is the first published case of a spinal hamartoma without other systemic diseases in the aged.
