Benign metastasizing meningioma

Abstract

A patient with an asymptomatic intracranial meningioma was found at autopsy to have multiple pulmonary metastases. Both the meningeal and pulmonary tumors were histologically benign. Only five other patients with apparently benign metastasizing meningiomas have been described.
