Abstract
Objective:
To determine the dynamic change of essential components in Folium Apocyni Veneti, and provide scientific basis for determining the best collecting time.
Methods:
The essential components of Folium Apocyni Veneti from different harvesting time were analyzed by HSGC-MS. The relative content of the components were determined with peak area normalization method, and the dynamic changes of 7 main bioactive components were determined.
Results:
39 constituents were separated and 38 compounds were identified. There were 21 co-containing compounds in Folium Apocyni Veneti from different harvesting time, the accumulation of which showed a regular pattern.
Conclusion:
The main essential components in Folium Apocyni Veneti are the highest in the traditional harvesting time.
