Using a bilayer matrix wound dressing for closure of complicated diabetic foot wounds

Abstract

Three case studies are described showing how use of this dressing, when combined with debridement, antibiotic therapy, topical negative pressure therapy, offloading and good local wound care, can promote healing in complex diabetic foot ulcers.
