Double left anterior descending artery arising from the left and right coronary arteries: depiction at multidetector-row computed tomography

Int J Cardiol. 2009 Feb 20;132(2):e54-6. doi: 10.1016/j.ijcard.2007.08.019. Epub 2007 Nov 19.

Abstract

Double left anterior descending artery arising from the left and right coronary arteries is an extremely rare congenital coronary anomaly, although it has no clinical significance unless atherosclerotic coronary artery disease superimposes. We describe, for the first time, multidetector-row computed tomographic findings of double left anterior descending artery.
