Abstract

Based on the traditional single food or nutrient evaluation method, the integrated dietary evaluation methods have been developed according to the different dietary characters and nutrition guidelines for different populations in different countries, those methods not only provides the integrated diet quality evaluation methodologies to the nutrition workers, but also provide an simplified concept and applicable tools for government in planning food production.
