The advantages of using the endoscopy technique as applicable to the ENT organs in children are defined. Surgical interventions are described in detail. The results of endoscopy procedures are presented on an extensive clinical experience (127 children with rare cases being included, when only the application of optics provided for a correctly implemented surgical correction in nasal and nasopharyngeal cavities.
