Result: Among 36 patients, 32 were decannulated. The success rate was 88.8%.

Conclusion: In order to improve the curation effects of laryngjotrachal stenosis, the choice of surgical procedure must be individualized to the pathologic condition of larynx and trachea, as well as the experience of the surgeon.
